This page allows you to request deletion of your COSBRIK account and associated data.
Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted,
your data cannot be recovered.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your COSBRIK account, please contact us using one of the following methods:
What Happens After You Request Deletion
- We will verify your identity using the information provided
- You will receive a confirmation email when your request is received
- Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a final confirmation when deletion is complete
Note: If your account is managed by your organization (company),
you may need to contact your organization administrator first.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile information (name, email, phone, address)
- Your authentication credentials and tokens
- Your role and site assignments
- Any business records you created that are not required for legal or operational purposes
Important: Some data may be retained for legal, compliance, or operational
requirements even after account deletion. This includes business records that may be
required for auditing, financial reporting, or other legitimate business purposes.
Alternatives to Deletion
If you are concerned about data privacy but do not want to permanently delete your account, consider:
- Signing out of the mobile app and clearing app data from your device
- Contacting your organization administrator to deactivate your account instead of deleting it
- Requesting that your personal information be updated rather than deleted
